Job Description
Maintenance Technician
Location: Portland, OR
Pay: $28 / HR - $40 /HR
Job Description:
- Support production activities across the manufacturing plant
- Troubleshoots equipment, resolves process issues, and minimizes downtime.
- Performs repairs on motors, pumps, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and 220V/480V electrical systems.
- Completes preventive maintenance, equipment installs, welding, and fabrication work.
- Maintains accurate production and maintenance documentation.
- Promotes safety, identifies hazards, and ensures OSHA and company compliance.
- Completes other assigned tasks
- Works in a fast‑paced industrial environment with overtime or on‑call needs as required.
Essential Skills:
- 6+ months mechanical experience
- Welding experience is a plus
- Familiar with hydraulics and pneumatics
Shift / Environment:
- All work is done in dirty manufacturing plant
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and working around mechanical equipment.
- Monday to Friday, 11pm to 7am while training for the first month or so.
- Will transition to a 7am-7pm shift after. 4 on, 3 off, 4 off, 3 on schedule.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr.
