Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team in a small, dynamic machine shop. This role involves operating CNC machines, contributing to mechanical assemblies, and ensuring precision in all tasks.
Starting Pay: $20, $30 for all overtime. Will work 50 hours per week consistently. Tons of room to advance up in pay!
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines with precision and attention to detail.
- Perform mechanical assembly tasks using hand and power tools.
- Apply mechanical aptitude in various tasks, including working on personal vehicles, lathes, and mills.
- Utilize calipers and other measuring instruments to ensure accurate machining.
- Learn and operate Fadal machining equipment to support production needs.
Essential Skills
- Experience in machine operation and mechanical assembly.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and abilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with lathes and mills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Palmer, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
