Warehouse Associate – Weekend Shift ($21/hr)Job Summary

We are seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to support Shipping, Order Fulfillment, and PFC operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role involves loading and unloading trucks, picking and packing orders, handling inventory, and working within mezzanine and racking areas. Successful candidates will be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing physically demanding work while meeting productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Load outbound trucks by hand, ensuring products are stacked safely and efficiently
• Use manual pallet jacks to move products throughout the warehouse
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
• Place completed orders on conveyors for distribution
• Work in mezzanine and racking areas to retrieve products from elevated locations and narrow aisles
• Use RF scanners to track, verify, and process inventory
• Meet productivity goals, including moving and conveying up to 1,000 pieces per hour in truck areas
• Maintain accuracy while selecting, labeling, and handling products
• Follow safety procedures, workplace policies, and scheduled break times
• Assist in multiple warehouse departments as operational needs require

Required Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, order picking, loading/unloading, or order pulling
• Ability to perform labor-intensive work and lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable with frequent walking throughout a large warehouse
• Ability to work at heights and in tight spaces within racking and mezzanine areas
• Strong attendance record and reliability
• Attention to detail and ability to meet productivity standards
• Experience working around trailers and hot truck environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating mobile equipment such as forklifts
• Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory systems
• Previous production, warehouse, or general labor experience
• Flexibility to move between departments and adapt to changing priorities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
