Job Description
RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Laredo, TX with $15/hr pay for a 3 months contract (potential temp to hire opportunity). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working with equipment, and being part of a supportive team environment. APPLY NOW!
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
PPE Required: Steel Toe Boots
Dress Code: Long pants required (No shorts)
What You’ll Do
- Receive, organize, and ship materials accurately and efficiently
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other warehouse equipment
- Use computers and printers to process shipping and receiving documents
- Assist with light equipment operation, including wire cutting
- Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment
- Provide excellent support to both team members and customers
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Comfortable using computers and warehouse equipment
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Reliable, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift, move, and carry materials throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical tasks for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
