Food Production Batcher

In this role, you'll prepare and blend ingredients according to precise formulas, ensuring every batch meets the highest quality and food safety standards.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, blend, and batch ingredients according to production formulas and schedules.
• Set up and operate mixers, pumps, piping, and other batching equipment.
• Monitor batch quality to ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintain accurate production records and batch logs.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to keep operations running efficiently.
• Handle raw materials safely while preventing contamination.
• Keep the batching area clean and compliant with GMPs, food safety, and quality standards.
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of manufacturing or food production experience.
• Ability to understand and follow blending formulas and work instructions.
• Basic math skills for measuring and handling ingredients accurately.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to read and write English.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk throughout your shift.
• Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a production environment with changing temperatures, loud equipment, and moving machinery.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as production demands.
