Shift: 3pm-11:30pm

Location: Mooresville, IN

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Cycle Counter for our manufacturing client to start immediately at competitive wages. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and ad hoc cycle counts for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
• Maintain 99% inventory accuracy through consistent cycle counting processes
• Investigate discrepancies, analyze variances, and collaborate on root cause resolution
• Prepare and distribute monthly cycle count reports to management teams
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts, and support inventory system updates
• Assist with monthly perpetual inventory and system transactions using WMS and ERP systems
• Support safety policies and participate in continuous process improvements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations preferred
• Strong knowledge of inventory principles within manufacturing environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems like Traverse preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, with attention to detail
