Key Responsibilities- Pick and pack medical and respiratory supplies accurately and efficiently.
- Use RF scanners to locate, verify, and process products throughout the warehouse.
- Follow paper pick lists to locate items and fulfill customer orders.
- Verify product information to ensure accurate order completion.
- Assemble boxes and package products securely for shipment.
- Assist with inventory activities including counting, organizing, and restocking materials.
- Safely operate pallet jacks to move products and inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Work closely with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals.
- Follow all written and verbal instructions while maintaining quality standards.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience using RF scanners or handheld inventory devices.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Ability to lift 20–25 lbs regularly and up to 35 lbs occasionally.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work a consistent 1st-shift schedule.
- Experience with pallet jacks, inventory, shipping, or receiving is a plus.

Work EnvironmentThis position is located in a clean, organized, climate-controlled warehouse that distributes respiratory and critical care products. The facility maintains a comfortable working environment year-round, with low-to-moderate noise levels and music played throughout the day. You'll work alongside a small, supportive team using RF scanners, pallet jacks, pick lists, and standard warehouse equipment. The dress code is simple and practical—jeans, a shirt, and comfortable sneakers suitable for warehouse work.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elizabethtown, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
