Farm Team Member

North of Boston Farm & Food Hub is growing, and we're looking to add another member to our team.

This position is a mix of hands-on farm and packhouse work, including:

• Receiving deliveries
• Prepping produce for retail sales
• Packing customer orders
• Weekly farm share packing
• Restocking and resetting retail displays
• Planting, growing, and harvesting

No two weeks are exactly alike here. We're constantly growing and improving, so we're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a supportive, collaborative team and is comfortable with change. Many days involve repetitive packhouse work, while others require careful attention to detail in production and order fulfillment. The ability to move comfortably between both is important.

Schedule

• 2–5 days per week
• Tuesdays and Fridays are especially important

Starting pay: $18/hour
