Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: My grandmother has dialysis on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. She has very little mobility and commutes in a manual wheelchair. About the care needs: The caregiver needs to be able to push my grandmother's manual wheelchair and assist with transition, when necessary. My grandmother can stand and walk a few steps, but assistance is mandatory. Services needed include: transportation.
