Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I need a hands-on care provider for my loved one in their 90s. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Some light tidying up is involved. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
