We follow the Moms on Call book in terms of schedule. 0700 - Feed 0730-0830 - diaper change & playtime (swing, tummy time) 0830-1000 - naptime 1000 - Feed 1030-1130 - diaper change & playtime (swing, tummy time) 1130-1 p.m. - naptime 1 p.m. - Feed 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. - diaper change & playtime (swing, tummy time) 2:30 p.m. - 4 p.m. - naptime 4 p.m. - Supper Feed 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. - diaper change & playtime (swing, tummy time) 5:30 p.m. - 7 p.m. - naptime Specifically need help Mon, Wed, Fri so I can work. I will be home during those days as well (work remotely).
