Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

Our baby will be 3 months when we need full time care as I transition back to work. He is primarily being fed via bottle with pumped breast milk and occasionally direct breast feeding as well. Caregiver must be experienced with newborn / infant care, must be CPR certified, years of experience is preferred (knowing how to deal with crying, gassy babies, fussiness, soothing techniques, troubleshooting stressful situations, etc.)
