Housekeeper

My apartment is on the third floor of the building and consists of 4 major rooms and one bathroom across the entire floor. I would require general maintenance/cleaning approximately every other week. I do have cats though they are friendly or skittish and cleaning of their small room at the back of the kitchen would not be required. Additionally, the bedroom would not need cleaning. The window in back of the kitchen does not have a screen on it and therefor it would be asked to not adjust or try to open the window under any circumstances. If any moving or organizing of objects in the home would be needed for the cleaner to effectively do their work, it can be discussed.
