This LPN contract opportunity offers a steady full‑time schedule for a dependable nurse who provides skilled, compassionate care across either day or night shifts. You’ll work closely with RNs and interdisciplinary teams to support patient treatment plans, maintain safety, and ensure accurate documentation throughout each shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Medication administration following facility and state guidelines

• Patient assessments including monitoring conditions and reporting changes

• Wound care, dressing changes, and routine nursing procedures

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized patient environment

• Collaborating with clinical teams to support individualized care plans

• Accurate charting and communication with supervising nurses

Contract Details

• 13‑week assignment

• Day or night shift options available

Requirements

• Active LPN license

• Current BLS certification

• Minimum one year of recent LPN experience preferred

• Ability to work full‑time on either shift
