We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Compcare Therapeutics. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Early Intervention services to our clients.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech-language pathology services to children from birth to three years of age. The ideal candidate will have a current NJ license or be in their Clinical Fellowship Year as a Speech Therapist. This is an opportunity with flexible scheduling, allowing you to make your own hours to fit your schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language pathology services to children with developmental delays and disorders

• Conduct ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address communication goals

• Implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to support children's communication development

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Licensure/Certification: Current NJ license or Clinical Fellowship Year as a Speech Therapist

• Additional Requirements: Ability to provide Early Intervention services and work collaboratively with families and caregivers
