Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Clinical Liaison:

• Previous experience as a Clinical Liaison preferred
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility required
• Working knowledge of skilled nursing facility admissions, referrals, and clinical protocols
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hospitals, physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
