## Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)

### Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans that help patients regain, improve, and maintain the skills needed for daily living and functional independence. The Occupational Therapist will collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation teams, patients, and families to promote optimal recovery and improve quality of life.

### Requirements:

* Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
* Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of practice
* Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
* Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
* Strong assessment, communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team

### Key Responsibilities:

* Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities to determine therapy needs.
* Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
* Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills, mobility, coordination, strength, and independence.
* Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
* Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, and home exercise programs.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
* Ensure patient safety while delivering therapy services.
* Participate in discharge planning and recommend appropriate follow-up care and community resources.
* Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
