As a Clinical Fellow in Speech-Language Pathology (CFY) with us, you’ll gain hands-on experience, benefit from mentorship, and make a meaningful difference for the clients we serve.

 

Position Overview: We are in search of an eager Clinical Fellow in Speech-Language Pathology (CFY) to join our team. The CFY will work under the supervision of a licensed SLP to assess and treat individuals with communication challenges.

 

Responsibilities:

 

            •           Conduct assessments to determine clients’ speech, language, and cognitive-communication abilities, using a combination of standardized tests, observation, and interviews.

            •           Develop targeted therapy plans tailored to each client’s needs, emphasizing areas such as articulation, fluency, and pragmatic skills, guided by assessment outcomes and best practice standards.

            •           Keep thorough documentation of evaluations, plans, progress updates, and final summaries.

 

Qualifications:

 

            •           Completion of a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

            •           Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).

            •           Knowledge of assessment and intervention methods in speech-language pathology for varied populations.

            •           Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with clients, families, and the clinical team.

            •           Compassionate, professional attitude toward clients with communication needs.

            •           Adherence to ethical standards, confidentiality practices, and support for an inclusive workplace.

            •           Proficiency in managing tasks and adapting in a busy clinical setting.

 

Benefits: $60-80/HR
