Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime: Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays as production needs dictate.

Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and motivated Assembler / Spot Welder Operators to join our manufacturing team in Kings Mountain, NC. This position is responsible for assembling components, operating spot welding equipment, and ensuring products meet quality standards in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate has manufacturing or construction experience, enjoys hands-on work, and is committed to safety, quality, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and production specifications
- Operate spot welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards
- Follow all work instructions, safety procedures, and quality guidelines
- Meet daily production and performance goals
- Operate hand and power tools as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Perform additional production duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of manufacturing assembly or construction experience
- Ability to safely operate or learn to operate spot welding equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Ability to work required overtime as production demands
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous spot welding experience
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Experience reading work instructions or blueprints
- Manufacturing or fabrication experience
