Alpine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive skilled nursing environment with a collaborative interdisciplinary team and strong clinical leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide skilled therapy interventions to improve strength, coordination, balance, cognition, and ADL performance
• Train residents in activities of daily living (ADLs), adaptive techniques, and use of assistive devices

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Ohio Occupational Therapist license (required)
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred, but not required
