Position Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified Adult Psychiatrist (MD) to join our expanding multidisciplinary team in Brentwood, TN. This part-time, flexible position is ideal for a psychiatrist looking to make a meaningful impact with a manageable caseload, convenient scheduling, and the option to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for adult clients

• Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care

• Collaborate with our clinical and medical teams to optimize patient outcomes

• Participate in clinical case reviews and treatment planning

• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in our EHR system

• Provide consultation and support to therapists and other team members as needed

Qualifications

• MD, licensed to practice medicine in Tennessee (or eligible for licensure)

• Board Certification in Adult Psychiatry (required)

• Completion of an accredited psychiatry residency program

• Active DEA certification for prescribing Schedule II–V medications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

• Experience in outpatient, addiction, or community mental health settings is a plus

• Commitment to ethical practice, quality care, and ongoing professional development
