AmeriWell Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home speech therapy services to an individual with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in Piscataway, New Jersey.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping an individual improve communication skills, social interaction, functional language abilities, and overall quality of life in the comfort of their home environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide one-on-one speech therapy services in the home setting

• Address communication, language, social, and functional speech goals

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and session notes

• Collaborate with family members, support staff, and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications:

• Current New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License

• Experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to the client's home

• Ability to work independently while providing high-quality, person-centered care
