Job Description
What you will be doing:

• Manage a full caseload of family law matters from inception through resolution.
  
• Handle cases involving divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, domestic violence, and other family law issues.
  
• Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
  
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, court hearings, and trials.
  
• Provide strategic legal counsel while maintaining strong client relationships.
  
• Work independently while collaborating with the firm's owner on case strategy as needed.
  
• Ensure timely case management and maintain high professional standards.
  

Experience you will need:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  
• Active license to practice law in New Jersey.
  
• 3–5 years of experience practicing family law.
  
• Ability to independently manage cases with minimal supervision.
  
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and legal writing skills.
  
• Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship management abilities.
