Responsibilities:

• Provide Early Intervention services to clients in accordance with their individualized treatment plans

• Conduct home visits and sessions with clients to assess and treat physical, emotional, and cognitive impairments

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote client independence and overall well-being

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and treatment

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans

• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and industry developments

Additional Requirements:

• Current NJ license to provide Early Intervention services is required

• Paid biweekly or monthly compensation

• Practitioner has the flexibility to make their own hours to fit their schedule
