About the Role:
Join Havenova Home Care Solutions as a Baby Sitter/Nanny in Norwalk, CT! We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide exceptional care for children in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities.
• Prepare meals and snacks for the children.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for the children.
• Assist with homework and educational activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents about children's progress and needs.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to the children.
• Manage daily routines and schedules for the children.
• Transport children to and from school or activities as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a nanny or babysitter preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Background check required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for working with children and fostering their development.
