Certified Nutritionist

Salary: $70k+/year based on experience

LaSante Health Center is seeking a Certified Nutritionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide personalized nutrition counseling to help patients achieve their health goals, manage chronic conditions, and promote overall wellness. 

Responsibilities: 

• Assess and develop personalized nutrition plans for patients. 

• Educate patients on healthy eating, disease prevention, and weight management. 

• Support chronic disease management through nutrition. 

• Collaborate with healthcare providers for comprehensive care. 

• Lead nutrition workshops and stay updated on nutrition trends. 

• Maintain accurate patient records and provide food security resources. 

Qualifications: 

• Certified Nutritionist or Dietitian

• Prior healthcare or clinical experience. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
