About the Role:

As a Full-time Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Assessing and treating residents with various medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to achieve specific goals and outcomes

• Providing education and training to residents, families, and caregivers on self-care skills and independence

• Collaborating with other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident assessments, treatment plans, and progress

Requirements:

• Occupational Therapy License (Required)

• Ability to relocate to Springfield, OH 45503 before starting work

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
