Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist PRN to join our interdisciplinary team at Pelican Pointe Post Acute Nursing & Rehabilitation in North Cape May, NJ. Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech therapy evaluations, assessments, and treatments for patients with a wide range of conditions, including but not limited to: cognitive, language, and swallowing disorders

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care

• Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with facility policies and procedures

• Participate in in-service training and staff development programs to stay current with best practices and new technologies

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service, patient satisfaction, and family-centered care

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• New Jersey license to practice speech therapy
