Job Summary:

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric home health team in Brooklyn, NY. As an SLP with Homeside Rehab, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based speech therapy services to patients in their homes. Your expertise will help patients with speech, language, fluency, articulation, and voice disorders achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
• Provide evidence-based treatment for speech, language, fluency, articulation, and voice disorders
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure coordinated and effective treatment
• Communicate effectively with office staff, patients, and caregivers
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including speech therapy assistants, nurses, and physicians, to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist License (Required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings preferred
• Basic computer literacy for documentation and communication
• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a home health environment
• Reliable transportation for home visits preferred

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem
• Schedule Flexibility: Choose your own hours, day and evening shifts available, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed

Compensation:

$80 - $90 HOURLY
