Occupational Therapy (OT) Supervisor - Skilled Nursing Facility - Full time - Independent Contractor

Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Supervisor to lead our OT team in a skilled nursing and sub‑acute rehab setting. This role includes supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants and completing evaluations for new sub‑acute admissions. Passionate new graduates with an interest in geriatrics are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

- Evaluate residents admitted for sub‑acute rehabilitation

- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans

- Supervise and support Occupational Therapy Assistants

- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

- Participate in care planning and discharge discussions

Requirements

- Active Occupational Therapist (OTR) license in New York

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Experience in SNF or sub‑acute rehab preferred

- New grads with a passion for geriatrics encouraged to apply

- Bilingual ability is a plus
