Personal Injury/Labor Law Litigation Attorney Bilingual Spanish (247o)

National, award winning plaintiff litigation firm is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with experience handling labor law cases to join their New York, NY office. The firm currently represents tens of thousands of clients in personal injury litigation, civil litigation, and mass torts including product liability, dangerous drugs and defective medical products.

The successful candidate for the position must be bilingual in Spanish, have experience not just in personal injury but in labor law cases, be able to attend in person hearings and handle all aspects of litigation as well as have great research and drafting skills. This is a full-time role based out of the firm's New York, NY office location and offers the ability to work on site or remotely but must be able to cover all in person hearings, depositions, etc.

Qualifications

• MUST be Bilingual Spanish
• MUST have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the area of personal injury law and experience in labor law cases
• MUST be a good standing member of the ­­­New York bar
• Must have knowledge and expertise in all phases of litigation from pleadings through trial
• Must have knowledge and experience taking and defending depositions
• Must have strong and persuasive oral advocacy as well as excellent writing skills
• Must have excellent research and drafting skills
• Must be skilled in evaluating cases
• Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
