Respiratory Monitors

Medford Multicare Center is seeking dedicated and attentive Respiratory Monitors to join our progressive 40-bed ventilator unit. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about patient care, we encourage you to apply and become part of a collaborative and supportive clinical team.

The Respiratory Monitor works closely with the Respiratory Department to support high-quality resident care. This role is responsible for observing and monitoring residents’ respiratory status and promptly communicating any changes to Respiratory Therapists and the care team. All responsibilities are performed under the guidance and supervision of the Respiratory Director.

• Monitor residents’ respiratory status and overall condition
• Promptly report any changes or concerns to Respiratory Therapists and nursing staff
• Assist in maintaining a safe and supportive environment for ventilator-dependent residents
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Healthcare experience preferred (SNF or ventilator unit experience is a plus, but not required)
