What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines
• Read blueprints and follow tight aerospace tolerances
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
• Adjust tooling, offsets, and troubleshoot as needed
• Maintain quality, safety, and production standards

What You Need

• Prior CNC milling experience required
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
• Experience in aerospace machining highly preferred
