Clinical Dietician Per Diem

Kings Harbor Multicare Center is a 720-bed long-term care, rehabilitation, and sub-acute facility located in the Northeast Bronx. We are currently seeking a Per Diem Registered Dietitian to join our team. This position offers a flexible schedule in a professional and supportive environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Nutrition
• Registered Dietitian (RD) or RD-eligible

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Providing nutritional care to residents on assigned units
• Completing nutritional assessments and required documentation
• Participating in interdisciplinary care plan meetings
• Providing nutrition education to residents and families
• Performing other duties related to the dietitian scope of practice
• Knowledge of MDS and SigmaCare is a plus
