Kings Harbor Multicare Center is a 720-bed long-term care, rehabilitation, and sub-acute facility located in the Northeast Bronx. We are currently seeking a Per Diem Registered Dietitian to join our team. This position offers a flexible schedule in a professional and supportive environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Nutrition
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or RD-eligible
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Providing nutritional care to residents on assigned units
- Completing nutritional assessments and required documentation
- Participating in interdisciplinary care plan meetings
- Providing nutrition education to residents and families
- Performing other duties related to the dietitian scope of practice
- Knowledge of MDS and SigmaCare is a plus
