Position Overview: We’re seeking a driven Clinical Fellow in Speech-Language Pathology (CFY) to join our team. This role provides supervised clinical experience working with clients on speech and language challenges.

Responsibilities:

            •           Perform diagnostic evaluations, assessing clients’ speech, language, and communication skills using various tools and methods.

            •           Develop individualized therapy plans that address each client’s specific needs in areas like articulation, language, and social skills, based on evidence-based practices.

            •           Document and organize all assessments, plans, and session notes following industry standards.

Qualifications:

            •           A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized program.

            •           Eligibility to start the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).

            •           Comprehensive knowledge of speech-language pathology and its application to clients across the lifespan.

            •           Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with clients, families, and team members.

            •           Compassionate, ethical, and professional approach in all interactions.

            •           Commitment to client confidentiality and inclusivity.

            •           Excellent organizational skills to navigate a dynamic clinical environment.

Benefits: $60-80/HR
