Receiving

The Franklin Development Shipping/Receiving Clerk receives incoming goods, monitors for proper quality, quantity, and accuracy of paperwork, and loads finished product onto trailers as required for shipment to customer.

Job Duties:

• Unload raw materials and supplies from incoming trucks in a timely fashion.
• Check all documentation for accuracy (Bill of Lading, Packing List, etc.) to insure they reflect correct part numbers and quantities. Compare numbers to Purchase Order and notify office if discrepancies exist.
• Complete Receiving Reports for all receipts.
• Deliver raw materials and/or supplies to proper areas in the plant.
• Load Finished Goods onto trailer for shipment according to Packing List insuring proper Products and Quantities are being shipped.
• Assist in Material Handling in the Press area, Rivet/Bushing/Tumbler area, and Assembly area as needed.
• Follow safety rules and promote safety.
• Conform to all company policies.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workplace.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
• Assist in month end and yearly inventory.

Attendance Incentive Pay Rate: $1.38 /hr
