Senior Fabrication Welder -- MIG/TIG/Stick

A day in this role

You clock in, review the day’s build tickets, and pull the prints. With a steady hand and a sharp eye, you set up for the first pass—switching between MIG, TIG, and stick as the project demands. You verify fit-up against blueprints, lay clean beads, and perform visual and dimensional checks so every weld meets spec. Between runs, you keep torches, leads, and power sources dialed in, and you coordinate with teammates to keep the schedule and budget on track. Safety protocols guide every move, and your work area stays organized and ready for the next assignment.

Core work you’ll do

• Execute welding on a variety of metals using MIG, TIG, and stick techniques.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to define requirements.
• Inspect and test welded joints and surfaces to confirm quality and compliance.
• Operate and maintain welding tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Partner with team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean, well-organized workstation.

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; formal welding program a plus.
• Demonstrated experience as a welder with a strong project portfolio.
• Expertise across multiple welding processes and related equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and detailed blueprints.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to top-tier workmanship.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Knowledge of welding safety standards and best practices.
• 6+ years of welding experience.
• U.S. citizen or green card holder.
