Personal Lines Account Executive

Independent Retail Insurance Agency in Bensalem, PA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Insurance Account Manager/Producer or Account Executive for sales & service role. The successful candidate will be responsible for new & renewal sales, as well as managing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, providing exceptional service to clients, and ensuring their insurance needs are met with tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of personal insurance clients
• Analyze client insurance programs and recommend appropriate coverage enhancements or adjustments
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and renewals to clients
• Process policy endorsements, certificates of insurance, and other administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and development of new insurance products to identify potential business opportunities

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current property and casualty license
• 3 Years of experience in personal insurance
• Experience with standard market and high net worth personal lines home, auto, umbrella coverages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with multiple insurance carriers preferred
• Role is onsite during training with flexibility of hybrid after training
