Radiology Technologist Needed for a Hospital in Brooklyn
Full-time position!

Overview:

Our client, a hospital in Brooklyn, is looking for a radiology technologist with experience in performing mammograms.

Responsibilities

·         Provide a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to apply diagnosis.

·         Positions and transfers patients.

·         Develops films and makes copies by automatic and manual processing as required.

·         Assists physician in preparing and administering contrast media.

·         Maintains adequate records as directed.

·         Maintains order lines and cleanliness of Radiology rooms.

Requirements

·         New York State license in Radiologic Technology.

·         ARRT eligible and Mammography certificate required.

·         Satisfactory completion of formal radiologic technology training in an AMA approved school.

·         Minimal formal education of High School Diploma or equivalent.
