Permanent renal dietitian position

Permanent, renal dietitian position: Seeking a Registered Dietitian for an outpatient dialysis unit within a nursing home. Duties include monthly assessment of patients, completion of care plans, diet education, and monitoring of nutrition-related labs. Track QAPI data and participate in monthly QAPI meetings. Make recommendations for nutrition related medications as appropriate, determine the need for change of diet and nutritional supplements. Compile list of Monthly Care Plans and monitor and track completion by all disciplines.

40 hours per week
