ENT Doctor

Salary: $120+/hr based on experience
LaSante Health Center is seeking a Part-time ENT to provide outpatient evaluation and treatment of ear, nose, and throat conditions in an FQHC setting one day/week.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat ENT-related conditions
  

• Perform in-office procedures as appropriate
  

• Provide patient education and follow-up care
  

• Coordinate care with primary providers
  

• Document visits in the EHR
  

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology
  

• New York State medical license (or eligibility)
  

• Outpatient experience preferred
