Are you a dedicated LPN with strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional resident care? Deerfield Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a LPN Supervisor to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants during assigned shifts.
- Ensure quality resident care is delivered with compassion and professionalism.
- Assist with staffing assignments and daily workflow.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing support to CNA team members.
- Monitor documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies.
- Communicate effectively with nurses, department leaders, residents, and families.
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications:
- Current Louisiana License in good standing.
- Previous long-term care experience required.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable, compassionate, and committed to excellence in resident care.
