We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 7p-7a LPN to join our nursing team at Resorts at Pooler. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care to our residents, including administering medications, recording vital signs, and documenting progress

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the unique needs and preferences of each resident are met

• Participate in multidisciplinary care conferences to ensure effective communication and coordination of care

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medication orders and treatment plans

• Assist with vital tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, promoting independence and dignity for our residents

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Georgia

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Prior experience in a long-term care setting, preferably with geriatric patients

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and standards for long-term care facilities
