Thermal Spray Grinder

We are seeking an experienced Thermal Spray Grinder to join our aerospace manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for grinding and finishing thermal spray-coated components to precise dimensions while maintaining the high-quality standards required in the aerospace industry.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate OD, ID, centerless, and surface grinding machines.
• Grind thermal spray-coated parts to blueprint specifications and tight tolerances.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Work with aerospace materials including titanium, Inconel, and stainless steel.
• Follow all safety, quality, and FAA requirements.

Qualifications:

• Previous grinding or precision machining experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed.
