About Us:
Blueview Recovery is a Mental Health and Substance Abuse treatment center dedicated to providing high-quality care through Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP) programs. We are seeking a skilled Therapist to lead our Mental Health group therapy and individual sessions for clients with mental health disorders.

Job Summary:
The Therapist will facilitate group therapy sessions and individual therapy sessions. This role requires proven experience running PHP/IOP groups and the ability to foster a safe, engaging, and supportive therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead structured, process-oriented group and individual therapy sessions.

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Monitor client progress, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in treatment team meetings.

• Stay current with best practices and ongoing professional development in mental health treatment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Licensed therapist in Pennsylvania.

• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions.

• Strong group counseling skills.

• Excellent clinical documentation and communication skills.
