Job Description

 Speech-Language Pathologist (Outpatient / In-Home Visits)
Join a passionate, multidisciplinary pediatric team making a difference—one family at a time!

Are you a caring and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for flexibility, connection, and impact? We’re expanding our outpatient and in-home therapy services and are seeking talented clinicians to provide speech therapy in the child’s natural environment—their home!

As part of our growing network with 15 outpatient locations, you’ll join a team that provides the full spectrum of pediatric care—from the NICU to clinic-based, school-based, and in-home services. This position is ideal for an SLP who loves one-on-one care, collaboration, and seeing real progress where it matters most.

A few other things that may be beneficial if they fit into the template:

What You’ll Do

  • Provide speech, language, and feeding therapy within the home setting to support functional communication and development in natural environments.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to create personalized treatment plans.
  • Complete evaluations, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with professional and company standards.
  • Work with children across a variety of ages and diagnoses—from early intervention through school-age.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, case managers, and other team members to ensure continuity of care.

What We Offer

  •  Flexible scheduling and autonomy to manage your caseload.
  •  Mileage reimbursement and support for home visit logistics.
  •  Access to our 15 outpatient clinics for collaboration, resources, and continuing education.
  • ️‍ A supportive, interdisciplinary pediatric team—OTs, PTs, SLPs, and more.
  •  Competitive compensation and benefits package.
  •  Professional growth opportunities in a respected and expanding organization.

Why Join Us?

You’ll be part of a team dedicated to whole-child care—from fragile NICU graduates to thriving school-age learners. Whether in the clinic, classroom, or family living room, our mission is to empower every child to communicate, connect, and grow.
