We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Fallsview Rehabilitation & Nursing, a leading provider of subacute and long-term care in Boonton, New Jersey. As a Per Diem Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and contribute to their rehabilitation and recovery.

About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapist with our team, you will be responsible for creating individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals and regain independence. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional care and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and needs

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' goals and needs

• Provide occupational therapy interventions to help patients regain independence and participate in activities of daily living

• Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes

• Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements
