All About Kids is seeking passionate Licensed Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) and Clinical Fellows (CF) that enjoy working with a team of expert clinicians! At AAK, we focus on unlocking a child’s potential with the help of our amazing therapists, like you! As a fully licensed SLP, join our team and work with customized caseload tailored for you, or as a CF work with robust Clinical Fellowship Supervision!  

Compensation   

  • $80 - $90 per hour for Clinical Fellows / $110 - $135 per hour for Licensed Speech Therapists  

  • Potential annual compensation range up to $125,000   

  • Paid sick leave   

Clinical Fellows Only:  

  • Receive quarterly stipends for expenses to help kickstart your careers!  

  • Paid ASHA Learning Pass for Unlimited ASHA Approved Online Professional Development upon obtaining your full SLP Licensure

Responsibilities   
 

  • Utilize a web-based platform for onboarding and documenting delivery of services.   

  • Prepare individualized treatment plans.   

  • Proficiently and professionally document services rendered on a timely basis.   

  • Complete ongoing communication assessments and review of existing data to review child’s progress.   

  • Participate in IEP/IFSP team meetings.   

  • Communicate and coach families regarding services and goals.   

  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and safeguards related specifically to speech therapy.  

Requirements   
For CFY:   

  • Master's in Speech Language Pathology CF eligible   

  • Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) Teaching Certification   

For SLP:   

  • Master's Degree is Speech and Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders   

  • New York State licensure in Speech Language Pathology
