Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team and help residents improve independence and quality of life through individualized, patient-centered care. 

Currently hiring for  Per diem. 

Responsibilities: 

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans  

• Provide therapy to improve daily living and functional skills  

• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications  

• Document patient progress accurately and timely  

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy staff  

• Educate residents and families on therapy techniques and safety  

• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant therapy environment

Qualifications: 

• Active OT license in the state of New Jersey  

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program  

• SNF or healthcare experience preferred  

• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills  

• Team-oriented and compassionate patient care approach
