Location- Downtown, NYC 4 days on-site one day WFH

Seeking a Senior Tax Associate with 1.5 + years of Tax Withholding reporting experience specific to broker dealer trading and asset services event processing activities. Corporate action and dividend event processing experience is required.

FIS, Wall Street Concepts, FIS and XSP experience is preferred. Must have experience with 1099 reporting and has a very good understanding of withholding events pertaining to corporate action and dividend income events.

Candidates should be more dynamic with respect to technology skills (excel proficiency, understanding database reports, etc..)
